Sneak peeks are usually posted before the weekend so you have an idea of what will be available for that weekend. Liking and following the Facebook page is the best and easiest way to stay up to date with what’s happening at the store!
Overflow is open WEEKENDS ONLY – Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-3pm.
There is no viewing, purchasing or collecting during the week.
All sales are strictly in store only, there are no online or phone sales. All stock is required to be viewed in store to ensure that size, quality, condition, colours, etc are suitable for your individual needs. We do not offer any unpaid holds or deposits at Overflow.
Once you have made a purchase at the Overflow store, you will have the weekend of purchase as well as the following weekend to collect stock, so you have plenty of time to organise delivery or vehicles!
Overflow, much like the main Springwood store, deals primarily in sample stock, discontinued lines and cancelled orders. Everything is priced to clear and marked down as much as each piece can be reduced, so all prices posted on stock are the cheapest they can go for.
We ourselves don’t offer delivery, but we have contact details available at reception for local delivery drivers. Most drivers prefer to give a quote after you have made a purchase so that they know exactly what needs transporting. The drivers work on their own schedules and pricing, so we can’t give quotes on their behalf but they’re happy to give quotes via phone. Most of the drivers can do same day or next day deliveries!
Overflow accepts cash, EFT, credit card (no amex or diners), AfterPay, Zip and Humm (Little Things option only).
We are not a retailer, and do not charge retail prices, as such we do not offer warranties on stock. If purchasing floor stock, we ask that you please check over the items to ensure they are up to your standard and needs before purchasing as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. In the unlikely event that you purchase a boxed item and have an issue, we will to our best to assist to rectify the problem, however we do not offer or pay for collection of any returned goods; this is the responsibility of the buyer.
