The first thing to do if you’re interested in selling with us is send an email through to [email protected] with photos of the stock you wish to sell and an idea on pricing. We’re happy to work with you to finalise a reserve price on stock, but if you have an idea of what you’d like to get, that’s always a good start!
We cannot always accept stock due to limited space in store. We have a number of regular suppliers who bring stock through in large quantities, so we don’t always have space. This is why we ask for an email first to save the drama of bringing items to the store and potentially getting knocked back!
Once the stock is approved and a seller’s form has been completed, we’ll process your items into our system and put them out on the floor for sale! We give stock 4 weeks to sell at the agreed reserve price – after this point, the items will revert to no reserve. The exact date will be noted on your seller’s form.
If you decide instead to collect your stock, there is no charge to do so; no sale, no fee!
We accept stock drop offs Monday – Wednesday 10am – 4pm. We strictly do not take stock on Thursdays or Saturdays. Deliveries on Fridays or Sundays may be organised prior to drop off, but will only be accepted by appointment only.
Please ensure your goods are in clean, working, and saleable condition prior to delivering! If approved stock comes to the store in condition we deem unsaleable, we reserve the right to refuse the delivery.
Once an item sells, we take a commission fee from the sale (rates are available below), and payment will be made via bank transfer within 10 – 14 business days.
